On the login page, there is an option “Forgot Password?”. Using that feature, you can set a new password to log in. Two step OTP verification from SMS & Email is enabled here.

User ID can't be changed a second time.

If user ID is somehow lost, there is a “Forgot Password or User ID” feature on the login screen from where you can recover User ID by inputting your phone number. User ID will be displayed in app & sent to your registered mobile number & email.

The activation key is required for first time installation or reinstallation of the MTB Neo. The key is basically required to register your designated device in which MTB Neo will be used. For upgradation from old version to new version, system will again ask for activation key.

MTB Neo doesn't require to use of data/ internet. It just needs a normal internet connection but there will be no data/ internet deduction from his/her mobile balance.

A virtual card is an electronic card that is not required to be taken everywhere to complete any purchases, withdraw cash & conduct online transactions.

This is a feature where fund from credit & prepaid card could be transferred directly to MTB or other bank accounts instantly through MTB Neo.

Adding beneficiaries is needed to use the fast fund facility.
Log in → Services → Beneficiaries.

The minimum amount to do Fast Fund is BDT. 500. 2% charge will be applicable for Conventional Cards & BDT. 500 for Yaqeen Ujrah Cards.

It is a form of fund transfer process where a person can withdraw money from MTB ATM without having an ATM card. Suppose, user “A” has an account with MTB. He wants to send money from his MTB account to user “B” who might have MTB account or not. From MTB Neo App by using the “Cash by Code” feature he will be able to send funds with a few fingertips. User needs to input the transfer amount, the receiver's active mobile number, and OTP. User B will receive an SMS containing the amount and transactional CODE which remains active for 1 hour. By selecting “Card less Transaction” from MTB ATM only, user B can withdraw money by inputting the required information, like b-party mobile number, amount, and code.

OTT is the new feature from where you can buy subscription of “Chorki” directly from MTB Neo.
Login → Payments → OTT → Chorki.

In that case, customer is open to communicate with both bank & Chorki authority. Upon research of the issue, necessary step will be taken.

IVAC means Indian VISA Application Center by which you can pay the application processing fee directly through MTB Neo after your VISA application is successful.

Transfer to another bank account other than MTB is possible through the MTB Neo by BEFTN, NPSB, RTGS.

Minimum amount to do RTGS is BDT. 1,00,000. Per transaction charge will be Tk. 100.
Time: 10 am to 3 pm on every working day. Unavailable on holidays.

Payment for another bank credit card bill is possible. Login → Cards → Card Payment → Other Bank Card Payment.

There is a dedicated option under card service to set PIN.
